ESCAMBIA DISTRICT, FL (WKRG) – Warriors from Florida were called in for a crash that killed one man and wounded another in Molino.
The crash happened on Friday, June 10, after a Ford F-150 was driving past US-29 North when it lost control of the truck and went into the middle. The truck towing a trailer overturned several times.
The impact of the overturning caused the driver to be fired from the truck. He was pronounced dead on the spot. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to an FHP statement.
His 16-year-old passenger, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to the emergency department of Sacred Heart Pediatrics. The passenger was treated for minor injuries, according to the report.
