What’s big, good for your brain and will land in Spain? That’s right, TNW València! On March 30 and 31, 2023, we’re bringing our world-renowned technology event to Spain. To achieve this, we partnered with the Ajuntament de València (that’s the city council) for two days to celebrate and showcase the best of Southern European tech and startups.

So… why Valencia? Easy: it’s the fastest growing entrepreneurial ecosystem in Spain. It also has the highest number of startups per capita in the country. You feel pretty stupid for asking now, don’t you?

“In Valencia, we strongly believe in public-private collaboration and proof of this is TNW València, an initiative we are jointly promoting to move towards VLC Tech City,” said Sandra Gómez López, Vice Mayor of Valencia, about the announcement.

Thanks for joining us!

If you’ve never been to the TNW conference—an event held in Amsterdam each year—you’ll enjoy our Mediterranean extravaganza. Just like our flagship, TNW València will host startups, investors, corporations, governments and technology enthusiasts. There will be over 2,000 attendees, more than a hundred talks and a range of exhibition stands. If you want to discover what’s next in technology, this is the place to be.

However, that is not all. Every attendee has access to networking events, allowing them to meet influential (and useful) people, something done through TNW’s own matchmaking platform.

In terms of topics that are cut and served at TNW València, there will be a focus on a specific trio: sustainable technologies, transforming industry and growth neighborhoods. The program over the two days is shaped by The TNW València Advisors, a board of thought leaders with close ties to the Mediterranean tech scene.

And there’s more, don’t worry, there’s more, like the global meeting room also appears at the event. This award-winning digital conference by the Financial Times and TNW will find leaders in business, politics and finance talking about how to overcome the challenges posed by the current geopolitical and economic turmoil. If you care about the state of the world, you won’t want to miss it.

On the occasion of the announcement of TNW València, Myrte van der Erwe — CEO of TNW — said that we are “excited to show the world through our platform” the “drive, determination and energy” of the city.

And we couldn’t agree more. We are excited to bring TNW’s unique approach to events to a new city and region, especially one as vibrant and charming as Valencia.

So what are you waiting for? Tickets are on sale right now. We even have an exclusive launch offer where you can access — yes, you guessed it — right now. But if sponsoring or exhibiting is more your thing, we’ve got you covered too. Why are you still reading? You must nail your ticket.

And if you already have? Well, we can’t wait to welcome you to lovely Valencia next year — it’s going to be great.
