The frequency and number of meetings is constantly increasing over the years, which makes starting and conducting effective meetings a business priority for many companies. Barco recognizes this need and launches a simplified ClickShare user experience for Button and App that makes hybrid meetings from a laptop as easy as making a phone call.

With a revolutionary set of features for better meeting flow, ClickShare responds to the call for more engagement in meetings and brings more confidence to meeting hosts and users. Our intent-based technology makes meetings smarter and more intuitive, reducing stress for participants, solving four of the most common hybrid meeting challenges: powering the boardroom, connecting the laptop to audio and video devices in the room, join a calendar meeting and track content and people while hosting a hybrid meeting room meeting.

As users enter the boardroom with their laptop, ClickShare automatically connects to the boardroom using PresentSense ultrasonic proximity detection. S HostFlow users can start a conference from their laptop with ease, as the ClickShare app automatically directs them as a host or meeting participant. And with just one click (Join with one click), users can start the meeting from their personal calendar.

Finally, the new one ConferenceView the feature solves the biggest pain of today’s hybrid meetings: keeping the review as the host of the meeting. With ConferenceView you can host the meeting from your laptop, share your presentation and watch both the content and the video of the participants on the boardroom display, side by side, without the need for dual screen setup.

What’s more, as a meeting host, you can choose to share a full screen or just an app window, while keeping your laptop screen private for taking notes. So when you decide to bring your own device, your laptop is not only used for hosting video calls, and as a host you enjoy the flexibility to work as you prefer.
