Alternative accommodation company Bob W. has acquired a serviced apartment operator Estonishing Stay Apartments for undisclosed amount.

The Estonian-based Estonishing Stay, which starts in 2019, adds to Bob W’s existing rental portfolio across Europe.

Bob W, based in Finland, is expanding across Europe and says the acquisition marks “the beginning of an increase in our merger and acquisition efforts in the Baltics and beyond”.

The company is already offering its technology-based accommodation in the United Kingdom, Finland, Spain and Estonia, and has announced plans to expand to the Netherlands and Germany.

Bob W added € 6 million to its initial funding round last year after initially providing € 4 million in 2020.
