Ceratizit UK & Ireland has expanded its application support team with the appointment of two additional engineers, Stuart Cook and Stuart Brooks, who will provide support in the Midlands and North West England.

The application support team works with Ceratizit’s technical sales engineers to provide customers with an extra layer of confidence with day-to-day machining, technical support and project development activities. With more time at their disposal, they can work closely with key accounts while helping to grow the business within other clients. “The application team is at the heart of our ongoing strategy to develop our customer support activities, and these two appointments will be followed by additional additions throughout the year,” said Sean Thornton, Technical Manager, Ceratizit UK and Ireland.

The arrival of the two Stuarts increases the number of application engineers to 10, which means that most of the UK is now fully supported by Ceratizit UK & Ireland’s technical sales and application teams, ensuring that help and advice on all requirements for cutting tools and retention of work are included. hand. As with existing team members, these new employees are trained as apprentices, with many years of experience in metalworking behind them.

Stuart Cook has over 27 years of experience in general engineering and tool subcontracting, covering all aspects of machining.
