CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions’ customers are spread across sectors such as automotive, education, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods and information technology. The company provides electricity on a kWh basis through long-term power purchase agreements. Over 600 rooftop solar projects with a total operating capacity of over 350 MW have been installed in India, the United Arab Emirates and Thailand.
It is understood that the company is in talks with investors, including pension funds, to raise up to US$200-250 million, and that the company will also consider selling a major stake. The company operates more than 600 MW of large-scale solar and wind farms and supplies clean energy to corporate customers.
