CMF Phone 1, the inaugural smartphone from Nothing’s sub-brand, is set for launch on July 8, as announced via a recent social media update. Alongside CMF Phone 1, Nothing, led by Carl Pei, will also unveil two additional offerings – CMF Buds Pro 2 and CMF Watch Pro 2 – during the upcoming Community Update event. These devices are part of Nothing’s expanding ecosystem of products.

The launch event, scheduled for July 8 at 10am BST (2:30pm IST), marks an important milestone for Nothing as it expands its product lineup with the introduction of these anticipated gadgets.

Recent leaks have provided hints regarding the specifications of CMF Phone 1. It is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a dual 50-megapixel camera setup on the rear and another 50-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Under the hood, the smartphone is speculated to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, an octa-core chipset with significant processing capabilities. It may come in two storage variants – 128GB and 256GB, both using UFS 2.2 storage technology. The device is expected to house a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for up to 33W fast charging via wired connections.

While leaks suggest a possible retail price of Rs. 19,999 for CMF Phone 1, Nothing has not officially confirmed pricing details yet. However, the anticipation around the devices remains high, especially with the shared design element of a rotating dial among all three offerings, promising a cohesive and innovative user experience across the new product range.
