Available for fast delivery to element14’s global customer base, the 3000G X-Series oscilloscope combines excellent usability with an improved set of tools to diagnose elusive signals in a wide range of industries from automotive and energy to space and defense.

The InfiniiVision 3000G fits into Keysight’s existing 3000 X-Series portfolio. The industry-leading product wave frequency and new improved standard features set it apart from other oscilloscopes on the market. In line with usability expectations now common in Keysight oscilloscopes, the 3000G is available as standard with a best-in-class feature set that was previously only available as an option for the 3000T.

  • Wide range: The 3000G X-Series oscilloscope has a bandwidth range from 100MHz to 1GHz and is available in two-channel and four-channel options. Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) models offer 16 more digital channels
  • 7-in-1 instrumental integration: In addition to a much wider range of instruments as standard, the 3000G X-Series oscilloscope also includes a voltmeter, logic analyzer / MSO, protocol analyzer, signal generator, frequency analyzer and 8-digit counter / tote.
  • R&D / Debugging: Users can quickly and easily identify elusive issues with new histogram features, mask testing, measurement limit testing, and frequency response analyzer (FRA) support.
  • Low speed serial design and test: I2C, SPI, UART, I2S and USB PD activation and decoding protocols are available as standard to meet a wide range of bus protocols.
