In a recent announcement, Audi India said it has installed over 100 e-vehicle chargers across major cities in the country. In addition to all Audi dealerships in India, the chargers have been successfully installed at select Skoda & Volkswagen showrooms and workshops in India.
It should be noted that a 22kW charger has been installed at every authorized Audi dealer and at selected Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) dealerships. Additionally, 16 Audi showrooms in cities like Ahmedabad, Bengaluru Central, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi South, Delhi West, Goa, Gurugram, Guwahati, Jaipur, Karnal, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mumbai South, Pune and Surat are equipped with 50kW DC fast Charger.
“We have a clear roadmap to sustainable mobility and are committed to the development of an EV ecosystem. We have successfully installed over 100 chargers across India and will continue to increase them in the coming days, months and years to ensure ease of ownership for Audi e-tron and other EV owners. The future is electric and Audi India is ready for it,” said Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head, Audi India.
