Helen is passionate about data: her job is to use data to help companies make more effective decisions, cut through the noise and show them how they can grow and improve. She specializes in interpreting and converting raw data into intelligence.
Helen is Specsavers’ Global Data Officer, a role she has held since 2019. There she oversees the design and development of data management systems such as data warehouses, data warehouses and business intelligence systems. Although today there are about 100 people in the company doing “detailed analysis”, she expects a big rise over the next two and a half years.
