IN J125 is the leading gas regulator for medium pressure applications, with a maximum inlet pressure of 8.6 Bar, available in sizes 20 mm, 25 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm with BSP female thread connection and PN16 flange connection option for 50 mm version, The J125 can also be supplied with a built-in overpressure and pressure shut-off to protect the equipment after the regulator. If the outlet pressure reaches a certain point, which excludes either OPSO or UPSO, then the regulator will close to impede the flow of gas. Once the system returns to pressure under design conditions, the regulator can be reset manually to allow the gas to flow again.

When it comes to regulating gas pressure, J48 / J90 regulator is a well-known product recognized by most engineers. Manufactured by Elster / Honeywell, J48 works to manage low-pressure installations of the highest quality. All J48 controllers operate via an internal pulse to sense the inlet gas inlet pressure and act accordingly to deliver the initial set outlet pressure. All J48 controllers can be installed in horizontal or vertical pipelines.

J78 uses internal pressure monitoring to control inlet pressure up to 350 mbar to safer, lower pressure up to 40 mbar. Some sizes of J78 can allow an outlet pressure slightly higher than that up to 46 mbar. The spring table in the datasheet will show this in more detail. All J78 controllers are suitable for use with natural, liquefied petroleum and gas produced. Available in sizes 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm.

Each BK-G gas meter has a mechanical index for the meter reading itself, but they can also be paired with an IN-Z61 pulse transmitter for remote data transmission. A higher communication specification can also be offered with M-Bus outputs and digital readings for easier meter reading. There is also a model that offers temperature compensation for the highest observation accuracy. BK is also approved by the MID.

S100 The valve offers protection for gas supplies against hazardous conditions that can cause high pressure. By using an external pulse after the control equipment, the S100 will switch off quickly if the measured pressure reaches the pre-set switch-off pressure. The valve can then be reset manually after it has been closed with a built-in pressure relief valve to ensure a safe reactivation procedure. This also eliminates expensive bypass requirements.

It is now available in a sturdy cast iron version. The RABO range is available in sizes from 32 mm to 100 mm with PN16 flange connection.
