Working in the field of IT services management for ten years, I knew I had untapped potential. Without direct subordinates, I worked closely with my company’s pre-sales team to convert offers into projects, understand customer requirements, and prepare pre-presentations. Now I work as a senior project manager and deal with a team of over 70 people, and the team will soon expand to 100.
