Under the theme “75th Anniversary of the Transistor and the Next Transformers to Address Global Challenges”, the 68th IEEE International Meeting on Electronic Devices (IEDM) has issued an invitation to submit documents, looking for the best original work in the world in all areas of research and development of microelectronics.

The IEDM for 2022 is scheduled as a personal conference on December 3-7, 2022 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, withrequire access to recorded post-event presentations for those unable to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The deadline for submitting documents is Friday, July 14, 2022. Authors are required to submit four pages ready for the camera. The adopted documents will be published in the wording as they are. Several late news publications will be accepted, covering only the latest and most remarkable events. The deadline for sending the latest news is August 22, 2022.

IEEE IEDM is the leading forum for technological breakthroughs in semiconductor and related devices technology, manufacturing, design, physics and modeling. Each year, the world’s leading technologists come together to participate in a technical program of more than 220 presentations, panels, focus sessions, lessons, short courses, supplier exhibitions, IEEE / EDS awards presentations and other events highlighting the best work in industry.
