After the Dublin-based revenue-based financing platform Wayflyer raised $ 150 million in a Serie B funding round to join the Unicorns Club at an estimated $ 1.6 billion in February, and the startup is looking to expand its presence in the marketing space for influential people. It has already acquired a provider of funding from the creators Ash.

The new purchase will allow individual creators to receive up to $ 2 million in funding and is expected to provide more than $ 500 million to creators next year.

Founded in 2019, Wayflyer offers financing and analysis solutions to e-commerce companies. Following the deal, Peblo will remain a stand-alone brand and the six-member team will join the Wayflyer team.

There are around 2 million creators worldwide earning an average of $ 100,000 each per year. These creators often have to wait up to 120 days to receive payment from their partner brands, which limits their ability to grow their business. Peblo addresses this sore point by providing funding to the creators, filling in the gap between initial costs and customer payment. Customers can view invoices, trademark transactions and exits on an easy-to-use platform. By allowing creators to pay costs and increase their content costs, the platform gives them space to pursue more ambitious brand deals and accelerate their growth.

Peblo will also be able to effectively connect influential people with relevant e-commerce brands through the Wayflyer platform, making the process of selecting and mediating influencer agreements smooth.
