The iPhone 14 series is expected to be unveiled at Apple’s special event on September 7. The Cupertino company has not yet officially revealed the first look of these smartphones. However, a few weeks before their scheduled arrival, alleged dummy models of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max were leaked. The former seemingly offers a quick look at the pill-shaped perforation cutout, while the latter shows the phone’s alleged color options.
The alleged dummy model of the iPhone 14 Pro was expired by tipster Universe Ice (@UniverseIce). It is said to have a pill-shaped hole-punch slot in the display for the selfie camera. Also, the smartphone appears to have narrow bezels. Recent rumors suggest that the pill-shaped cutout on the Pro models could house the Face ID sensor, and the punch-hole slot is said to house the selfie camera.
Similarly, Councilor Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) tweeted image with several dummy iPhone 14 Pro Max models. These alleged mock models come in Gold, Graphite and Silver color options, as seen on previous iPhone smartphones, along with two new color options for the Pro range. The two new alleged colors appear to be deep shades of blue and purple.
A recent report mentioned that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may replace the Sierra Blue color variant with a purple model. Now, if these mock models are to be believed, it looks like the green color has also been replaced with a new shade of blue. There have been several rumors and speculations about the upcoming models before the launch.
Apple will host its special ‘Far Out’ event on September 7. At this event, the company is expected to introduce the iPhone 14 series, Watch Series 8, the new iPad tablets and more. It will be broadcast live from the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in Cupertino, California.
