Based in Warsaw Demo acceleration raised €1.7 million in a seed round aimed at further accelerating the company’s product development and aggressive global expansion efforts. The platform helps presales, sales, marketing and customer success teams “shorten sales cycles and double win rates.”

With the SaaS industry expected to reach $10 trillion by 2030 According to for McKinsey, buyers expect to access relevant product information quickly, if not immediately. However, According to in CMSWIRE’s 2021 State of Digital Customer Experience Report, only 11% of CIOs believe their digital customer experience tools are “working well” and 42% believe their tools “need work’.

Although demos are an effective tool for informing potential customers and converting them into paying customers, the process of creating demos has become a major hurdle in the sales process for vendors.

This bottleneck has resulted in pre-sales teams – the people who create and deliver demos – being extremely stretched. To a large extent, Demoboost offers these teams an automated process to create said demos.

By offering a demo library from which pre-sales teams can create, customize and use presentations, Demoboost claims to dramatically reduce wait times for demos and facilitate better lead generation, deal conversion and product adoption.

“Our team knows the challenges of buying and selling software firsthand. We sold together as a sales partner team for Salesforce for years before starting Demoboost,” explained Demoboost Co-Founder and CEO Pavel Yasturovski. “We worked and closed dozens of deals, experiencing the supplier-partner-client dynamic closely. Demoboost addresses the disconnect between rising buyer expectations and suppliers’ capacity to keep up. Our answer is to help companies load demos.”

Demoboost’s €1.7 million pre-round was led by btov partners with Movens Capital and a number of undisclosed European angel investors.

About btov Partners’ investment Andreas Goeldi commented: “It’s rare for a startup at such a young stage to have a product that works so well and is already being used by so many large companies. This is a testament not only to the vision of the founders, but also to their ability to execute. We are confident that Demoboost will be a category-defining company.”
