Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, and Boehringer Ingelheim, today announced a five-year renewal of their collaboration in the broader field of electronic data collection. The agreement expands the use of Rave EDC for Boehringer Ingelheim’s clinical trials globally and includes myMedidata, Medidata’s suite of patient-centric technologies focused on increasing patient-centricity and diversity in decentralized clinical trials (DCT).

– The agreement underscores Boehringer Ingelheim’s focus on engaging patients in a meaningful way by delivering Medidata’s scalable, patient-centric capabilities, including the myMedidata patient portal that provides access to electronic consent, electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) and myMedidata LIVE video researcher/patient visits.
