The Security Operations Center as a service and managed discovery and response provider e2e-assure has launched new cyber risk management services for users of Microsoft Defender tools.

Covering endpoints, email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office 365 and third-party applications, e2e-assure’s 24/7 SOC services add value to Microsoft Defender’s tools by reducing workloads and internal resources.

CEO Rob Damen said: “Many organizations have access to endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools at no extra cost through their Microsoft license package. However, many lack the people, time, and experience to respond to Defender’s endpoint signals, which means they are unable to make the most of this valuable security tool. Our goal is to reduce the risk by constantly including SOC. We provide removal tips and with the managed service we can take an active part in the response, for example by temporarily stopping a user or isolating a device. “
