“Working at Tech Data for the past three years, Lewis joined the company, working in Cisco UC’s business units as an internal sales manager; and two years later moved to Maverick AV Solutions, taking over as Chief Business Development Officer at Logitech in June 2021.

“Lewis became an expert on UC and video conferencing. His passion for technology, peer support and high energy have undoubtedly had a positive impact.

“His commitment to his own professional development and attention to detail led him to develop and own the company’s new Logitech Unite Affiliate Program – TDM / Logitech Program, designed to encourage partner travel to UC and provide a specialized curated user experience.”

Hannah Freeman

Not only did Alex achieve his goals of registration and inclusion, but he constantly went beyond to provide exceptional account management and maintenance, which was a valuable tool to help his clients succeed and maintain an OnBuy vendor base. . Alex continues to gain valuable industry experience and is increasingly relying on expanding experience to support “other functions within the commercial function. One key department with which he is strongly committed is the OnBuy partner team, which is involved in areas such as channel integration, logistics and implementation. The support of his retailers and partners has always been a key focus for Alex, which is why he has participated in more than 50 webinars on the OnBuy partner network, helping to improve their understanding of the market landscape.

“Starting his career in technical support, Alex Astbury decided to transfer his extensive knowledge of technology to the world of sales. Starting his journey as a sales apprentice in 2014, Alex completed the entire training program in an incredible six months.

In 2015, Alex became an ETail account manager and was responsible for developing partnerships with some of the largest e-commerce retailers in the UK, managing over 50 independent retail stores and developing new business opportunities in the UK .

“Alex has quickly progressed to the role of channel manager in the gaming sector, where he manages relationships with Amazon, Argos and SDG, which has led to highly successful business and e-commerce partnerships, increased brand awareness and ultimately increased of sales activation.

“Now, 11 months into his career as BenQ’s B2C sales manager, Alex is responsible for managing all major UK Etail and Retail accounts in the UK. Since joining BenQ in 2021, she has been a key figure in supporting the growth of the UK marketing department, supporting the transition from separate consumer and business offerings to the prospect of a consolidated multilateral portfolio.

“Working with the team, Alex supported and provided an improved digital marketing strategy that supports BenQ partners, customers and end users by making information more accessible through online channels.

“Since joining Commercial Finance without any experience / education in the field of finance, Daniel has distinguished himself both in his practical workload and through his professional research at CIMA.

She had only 2 years of experience supporting the Basingstoke retail community with excellent service levels and moved to another area, diving deep into the deep again to gather more experience, this time mostly in support of Commercial .

“She is constantly receiving great feedback from senior stakeholders at Exertis and continues to be a rising star and a shining example of building a career at Exertis if you have the right ambition, motivation and attitude.”


Georgia Harwood

“After graduating from Georgia in communications and media last July 2021, she decided to start her career in the fastest growing information technology industry and her feet have not touched the ground. Every day is different and she says it allows her to use her organizational skills to be on top of routine and special tasks. Two months after starting her new role, she redesigned the company’s internal weekly market and monthly newsletters and integrated them into the company’s new Microsoft CRM platform. The opportunity to learn a new application from scratch while fulfilling his commitments was a challenge and an opportunity in terms of personal development and service to others. Some of her projects include planning and conducting marketing campaigns on behalf of the company’s best-in-class IT innovation partners, all of which have delivered successful results.

“In addition, over the past year, she has volunteered to support a domestic violence charity by setting up a campaign targeting demographic groups aged 16-24 and raising their awareness of how domestic violence in their age group has increased during Covid -19 pandemic. The campaign included creating regular content for posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube; she also interviewed several victims to find out their experiences and use the findings in the charity’s own promotional content and archives. This is a project very close to her heart and something she is extremely proud of! ”

He made more sales than anyone else in the first 12 months of the company and was quickly promoted. Building solid relationships with large corporate clients has led Jake to sell more than 300 rooms to Microsoft Teams.

He strives to quickly improve his skills and professional knowledge. In the last year, Jake has completed 15 qualifications, improving his knowledge with accredited courses from Surface Hub and Microsoft, completed partnership training with Barco, Mersive, Shure, Logitech and Crestron and passed the AVIXA accreditation, industry standard. He is self-motivated in achieving this and is always looking for ways to streamline his work process, improve his skills and bring new knowledge to the business, ready to put it into practice for clients. ”
