New evidence has emerged that the infamous ransomware REvil is back in retaliation, as newly discovered samples point to the fact that the group is now reckless in choosing its targets.

Cybersecurity researchers at Secureworks analyzed new samples of malware recently uploaded to VirusTotal and concluded that anyone behind it may have had access to REvil source code in the past.
