Samsung is reportedly preparing to launch a new Galaxy F series smartphone in the Indian market. This phone could be the rumored Galaxy F14 that will arrive as the successor to the Galaxy F13. According to the report, the South Korean tech giant is expected to launch the Galaxy F14 in India in the first week of January. So far, there is no official information from the company. However, we should expect Samsung to start teasing this phone in the coming days.

According to a report from 91Mobiles, the Galaxy F14 is rumored to debut in the first week of January 2023. This Galaxy F series will reportedly be sold exclusively through Flipkart and Samsung’s online store in the country. It is unclear whether this Samsung smartphone will boast 5G connectivity, which is becoming an increasingly common feature among affordable phones.

The South Korean manufacturer is yet to delve into the details surrounding this smartphone. It is expected to be the successor to the Galaxy F13, which was launched in India in June earlier this year. Its base variant with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage was priced at Rs. 11,999 at launch. Available in Nightsky Green, Sunrise Copper and Waterfall Blue.

The Galaxy F13 features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. It boots Android 12 out of the box and is powered by the Exynos 850 SoC. The handset comes with the RAM Plus feature which can be used to virtually expand the memory by using unused inbuilt storage. It has up to 128GB of built-in memory, which can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 1TB).

In terms of cameras, this phone has a 50-megapixel triple rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. The Galaxy F13 gets a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. This smartphone packs a 6000mAh battery with 15W wired charging support.
