Thousands of industry professionals will gather under one roof at Ahoy in Rotterdam from May 23 to 25, when StocExpo, the world’s largest platform for the tank terminal industry, returns to host an innovative exhibition and conference.
Over 150 organizations from the entire tank supply chain will present the latest products and services leading the industry during the exhibition. Exhibitors include Advario (officially – Oiltanking), BMT Technologies, HMVT, Bernard Controls, Procentec, Luvis Project, Siemens Energy, Regen Robotics, Holzhauer Pumpen and EcoValves. Many will use the event to launch new technologies and products or make important announcements to an international audience.
The long-awaited program of the conference will include some of the best and brightest in the industry, exploring the hottest topics, including energy transition, digitalization, robotics and the future of the sector. CEOs, terminal managers and analysts are ranked by leading organizations in the sector such as Siemens, Vopak, Smartflow, Channoil Consulting, Geostock Green Storage and the North Sea port.
There will be a next generation session with the participation of StocExpo Forty Under 40, and the conference will end with a round table discussion on Women in Tanks.

Held on the exhibition floor on the opening night of the event, the official late-night online party will be a chance for people to socialize in a relaxed environment for drinks and snacks. 1-2-1 meetings can be booked in the designated SE Connect lounge, and during the event industry professionals will be able to book face-to-face time with each other through StocExpo’s online meeting platform.
On the second night of the event, the Global Tank Storage Awards, now in its fourth year, will showcase achievements and innovations in terminals, processes and equipment, as well as individual success. The evening will include a drink reception, followed by a three-course dinner and an evening of casino entertainment. All-inclusive drinks will be available throughout the evening.
Ricky Bhachu, Head of Marketing at StocExpo, commented: “We are so excited to be hosting a personal event for the Rotterdam Tank Terminal Industry for the first time since 2019. The pandemic has forced us to move virtually, but now we can’t wait to bring the international community together of our industry under one roof.
“This is a time of great change for the industry, with changes in the environment, a constantly changing political and regulatory environment, on top of new technologies. The conference will discuss the key issues of the sector and they can be further explored during all networking opportunities of the event. We expect a lot of business to be done.
“The exhibition floor will certainly be bustling with activity, providing an unsurpassed platform for exhibitors to showcase their latest launches, innovations and developments to leading industry professionals and decision makers.
“This year, StocExpo is undoubtedly the place to be if you want to be one of the big players in the industry and determine future products and services. We hope to see you there. “
