Most Huawei fans were waiting for the launch of the Huawei Watch Fit 3 along with the Huawei Pura 70 series of smartphones. However, that didn’t happen and now the focus is on a new product launch event scheduled for May 7. This event should bring new tablets, laptops and perhaps the new Huawei Watch Fit 3. Before the launch, the wearable had its design exposed from a German retailer.
Huawei Watch Fit 3 specs and features leaked
The design of the Huawei Watch Fit 3 has appeared in some retail stores in Germany, which have revealed specifications that go along with the leaked images. The Huawei Fit 2 moved away from the high aspect ratio of Huawei bands to a more square design. The Fit 3 goes a step further with a 1.82-inch OLED screen that fits perfectly square. The panel has a resolution of 480×480 pixels. It’s encased in an aluminum alloy frame that’s available in black, white, gold, and pink. The body of the watch is not rectangular, but measures 36.3 x 43.2 x 9.9 mm and weighs 26 grams.

There will be several strap options for this watch. We can mention fluoroelastomer rubber and leather as they are interchangeable. The watch is also rated water resistant up to 4 ATM. However, the Fit 3 will be a simpler device compared to the round Huawei watches. For example, it will only have 4 GB of memory, while some watches have 32 GB of memory. It uses Bluetooth 5.2, but one interesting feature is its GPS receiver. The watch also has a microphone and speaker, allowing it to easily manage Bluetooth calls.
The Watch Fit 3 will come with the usual heart rate and SpO2 sensors. It will also track your sleep and your activities with workout planners and profiles, heart rate zones, calories burned, and more.
The Fit 3 comes with a 400mAh battery that promises up to 10 days of use and has a 2-pin charging adapter. Can be recharged to full in 1 hour and 8 minutes. The Huawei Watch Fit 3 with a rubber band will cost €160, while the leather option will set you back €180.
