Apple recently announced its iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models to the world. While the standard models received their fair share of upgrades, the highlight of the event was probably the new iPhone 14 Pro models. The iPhone 14 series is packed with the latest technology, but it looks like Apple has left out an important one. All iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models do not have the latest WiFi 6E standard.

WiFi 6E support is missing from all iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models

Apple’s iPhone 14 range was previously rumored to come with the latest WiFi 6E standard. However, this is not the case as neither model comes with the technology. You can find more details about the specifications on the technical specifications page for the new iPhone models. If you’re not familiar, the iPhone 14 will lack the ability to better handle capacity in high-volume connectivity areas. In addition to this, higher speeds will also be compromised.

It would be great if Apple adds the feature as it has already introduced a new feature for satellite tethering for emergency reasons. Regardless, the iPhone 14 Pro models are still great considering the number of features it brings to the table. The standard versions are equipped with an A15 Bionic chip, while the “Pro” models shine with the A16 Bionic. You can check more details in our announcement post.

We’ll be covering the event in extensive detail, so be sure to stay tuned for more. That’s it folks. What do you think about the lack of WiFi 6E support on the latest iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
