Motorola had earlier announced the arrival of three new Edge series smartphones in India on September 8. However, it is still unclear whether the company will continue with its previous plan. Meanwhile, a reliable tipster has leaked an alleged teaser on Flipkart for the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra. This alleged teaser reveals that Motorola will launch this smartphone in India on September 10 at 1:00 PM IST. Motorola’s upcoming smartphone is believed to be a rebranded version of the China-specific Motorola X30 Pro.

The alleged Motorola Edge 30 Ultra teaser was expired from tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) suggesting the smartphone will arrive in India on Saturday. However, the included image does not match the renders of the Edge 30 Ultra that have appeared before.

The handset pictured in the leak appears to be the Edge 30 Neo, which is expected to be the lowest-end model among Motorola’s three upcoming phones. It is said to have a flat screen, unlike the curved display on the Edge 30 Ultra and Edge 30 Fusion.

A purported Motorola Edge 30 Ultra teaser video surfaced recently, claiming the phone will arrive with a 200-megapixel sensor. It also suggests that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It can support 125W Turbo Power fast charging, which is claimed to provide 12 hours of backup with a 7-minute charge. The smartphone is said to feature a punch-hole pOLED display. This phone may come with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision support.

The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is understood to be a rebranded variant of the Motorola X30 Pro, which was launched in China last month. Its price starts at CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs. 42,500) for the base model with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. It is said to be the first phone in the world to feature a 200-megapixel image sensor.
