The share of military equipment and technology companies hired for connectivity positions increased in April 2022 compared to the equivalent month last year, with 50% of the companies included in our analysis recruiting for at least one such a position.

This last figure is higher than 40% of the companies that hired for connectivity jobs a year ago, the same as the 50% figure in March 2022.

As for the percentage of all vacancies related to connectivity, related advertisements increased in April 2022, with 1.7% of newly published job advertisements related to the topic.

This last figure was an increase compared to 1.5% of newly advertised jobs, which were related to connectivity in the equivalent month a year ago.

Connectivity is one of the topics that GlobalData, from which our data for this article is taken, identified as a key destructive force facing companies in the coming years. It is believed that companies that stand out and invest in these areas now are better prepared for the future business landscape and better prepared to survive unforeseen challenges.
