Dublin-based unicorn Wayflyer, a company that provides revenue-based financing and a platform for e-commerce business growth, announced on Monday that it was provided $ 300 million (approximately 288.28 million euros) in the circle of debt financing from JP Morgan.
The London-based Thought Machine raised $ 160 million in a round of D-Series funding led by Temasek. Through its large-minded software solutions, the startup helps banks and financial institutions move from legacy IT systems.
Antin Infrastructure Partners, an independent private investment company focused on infrastructure investments, announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to buy a joint venture in Power Dot, a Portuguese-based owner-operator of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The value of the investment is 150 million euros.
Paris-based DiliTrust, a provider of SaaS solutions to help legal departments excel in corporate governance, announced on Friday that it was raised 130 million euros in a new round of funding.
Berlin-based zolar has seen a fourfold increase in customer demand over the past five months as rising energy costs lead to a surge in demand for solar solutions and raised € 100 million in a series of C-series funding to meet and exceed demand.
Grid Finance, a lender with advance money for micro and small businesses, has provide a € 100 million funding line by the British alternative asset manager Fasanara Capital, as it aims to expand in the coming years.
London-based fintech lending and payments company MarketFinance has added £ 100 million to Deutsche Bank’s debt collection.
Modulr has a built-in payment platform raised £ 83 million in a series of C-series funding led by General Atlantic.
The London-based and Helsinki-based e-commerce aggregator eBrands raised $ 30 million to make Nordic players global.

Flink, the German fast delivery startup, will do it bought its competitor Cajoo from Francewhich will give Flink access to the French food chain Carrefour.
Treatwell Group – a site and application for beauty and wellness in Europe – announced the acquisition of Wavythe French SaaS company founded in 2016 by Clement Moreno.
Supported by Sofia’s LAUNCHub Ventures, the Leanplum mobile marketing platform was grabbed by CleverTap for an undisclosed figure.

Earlybird Venture Capital closed its seventh fund for an early stage of the investment team of Digital West on a ceiling of 350 million euros – which makes it one of the largest European funds at an early stage.
The London-based global private investment platform Lightrock, which supports targeted entrepreneurs tackling the world’s most pressing issues, closed a new equity fund for $ 330 million growth for Latin America.
Manchester-based venture capital firm Praetura Ventures has closed its latest investment round by raising the total amount raised by its Corporate Investment Scheme (EIS) fund. up to £ 100 million since its launch in 2019
Upfin, a new VC dedicated to supporting the Scandinavian fintech community, did it raised 30 million euros to invest in start-ups at an early stage throughout the region.
While last week was without a doubt the worst week for crypto asset performance in a very long time, it doesn’t seem to stop eFounders. The startup software studio as a service announces that this is the case launched a new sub-studio called 3founders.
