The acquisition of Milturn fulfills a strategic goal of significantly improving Vision Engineering’s global position as a leading designer and manufacturer, adding scale and capabilities to the company’s existing manufacturing base in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Founded in 2001 and one of the first companies in the UK to achieve ISO 9001 2015, Milturn Precision Engineering has 21 highly qualified drivers and anodizers specializing in high quality components, including high performance lens cases for optical / film / camera, marine and automotive engineering and equipment for high-end shops / hotels, Milturn also has an anodizing facility to improve the quality and durability of finished components.
