As demand grows for answers to layer loading issues, EVOS offers a simple solution. “EVOS uses its Australian made and designed AC chargers, Grid Integration Device (GID) and Vehicle Integration Devices (VID) to create a system that simply enables layers of communities to provide EV charging for its passengers. The rich data that EVOS collects from the charging station, VID and GID, is used to make real-time smart energy decisions that help corporations avoid electrical infrastructure upgrades and manage ongoing electricity costs.”

“We realized that one of the biggest obstacles to charging at home is that many people in high-density areas live in apartments, and strata or corporate companies struggle with the concept of having a charger installed and the whole building having to pay for electricity. for charging EVs,” said Marcelo Salgado, CEO and co-founder of EVOS. “The software on our Fleet Home 22 AC charger can instinctively select the ideal idle time for the charger to charge the vehicle when possible, as well as control charging speed, speed and power to ensure that owners can control the power output. And we started working with a strata company in Australia, LPEto develop software that integrates with the charger and allows strata operators to seamlessly adopt a user-pays plan, tracking energy usage per vehicle and per owner.”

EVOS costs

“It’s a complex problem, but we’ve solved it and we’re already seeing strong interest in it from companies across Australia,” adds Salgado.

EVOS chargers can be installed privately and in visitor car parks and can be identified by a QR code. Scanning this code takes the driver to a payment gateway. You don’t need another app! The EVOS solution — called EVOS-Strata — enables the body corporate to recover its energy costs, as EVOS can work with the on-board network retailer to bill occupiers through their existing accounts. Or EVOS can manage the billing process directly on behalf of the legal entity.

Improving the electrical capacity of an existing building can be expensive. The EVOS energy management system intelligently shares existing power, enabling more EV charging stations without expensive retrofitting. In this way, the set maximum load is never exceeded. Solar energy can be integrated for charging needs.

Non-residents can be locked out of the system, but visitors can be allowed. No power theft.

EVOS has come a long way since it was started by a handful of former Tritium engineers almost 12 months ago. They partnered with AmpCharge, designed easy to install and uninstall fleet charger, and now you have a solution for layer title dwellers in collaboration with LPE. And they are looking for shots!
