During the Mobile World Congress (MWC) conference that opened today, Huawei held a “5G Beyond Growth Summit” event. He also mentioned that Chinese operators have launched an Upstream Experience Guarantee package for network anchors to make the live broadcast experience higher definition and smoother. This package was welcomed by the presenters and the ARPU value increased by more than 70%. New services such as new user calls, cloud phones and simple eye 3D are becoming more and more popular. New chat users are happy to use value-added features like “personal avatar”. They are also more willing to pay for real-time experiences, such as “one-stop insurance claims.”
