Vivo T3 has made its official debut in India. With a starting price of INR 19,999, which is around $240, the phone offers reasonably good mid-range specs. However, this is not a completely new phone. Instead, it is very identical to the iQOO Z9 that Vivo launched a few days ago.
It’s just that the Vivo T3 comes with a slightly different back design. Other than that, all things are similar. So, Realme 12+ and Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G are still competitors for new smartphones in this price range.
Key highlights of Vivo T3
Let’s start with the smartphone cameras. Like the iQOO Z9, the Vivo T3 has a dual-camera setup on the back. The main camera is a Sony IMX882, a 50 MP camera known for taking great pictures. It is paired with a 2 MP depth sensor which is mainly there to offer better portrait shots. Although there appears to be a third camera on the back, it is not usable and is only there for the design. However, on the front, the phone comes with a 16 MP selfie shooter.

Talking about the front, the Vivo T3 sports a 6.67-inch display with FHD+ resolution. Since this is an AMOLED panel, you can expect vivid colors, deeper blacks and brighter whites. What’s more, the screen supports a 120 Hz refresh rate. This will result in a fluid experience.
As for the processor, the Vivo T3 has the same SoC as the iQOO Z9. That is, the smartphone comes with Dimensity 7200, which is a mid-range chipset. It is paired with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage.
Other highlights of the smartphone include 44W FlashCharge, 5000 mAh battery, stereo speaker setup and IP54 rating. On the software front, the T3 runs FunTouch 14, which is a custom skin on top of Android 14. The phone is now available for pre-order, with vivo offering the vivo XE710 wired headset as a pre-order gift.
