Using the MyJio app

Here’s how you can use the MyJio app to view postpaid bills.

Stage 1: Download and install the MyJio app on your Android or iOS device.

Step 2: Login to MyJio app using your registered mobile number.

Step 3: Go to the Mobile section and tap Transactions > Account & statement.

Step 4: Here you can view the Account Summary for your subscription account. Tap “All previous accounts” to view and save the account.
